FILTER 18X20X1 Pleated-Merv 7/ 12 per case

The filter is completely factory assembled and constructed with a pleated media pack of a high nonwoven fabric. It is installed into a heavy duty, double wall, moisture resistant, die cut, craftboard frame or a rigid, galvanized steel frame. The media pack is glued into the interior walls face support members of the frame; eliminating air bypass and filter failure. The filtration media is glued to a non-corrosive, wire, support grid. This feature results in pleat stability, spacing, and proper dust loading under new air flow conditions. The filter is extremely rigid and will not give way to racking, warping, or collapse under normal handling or air flow conditions.
